Job Description
The E-Commerce Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of Goodwill South Florida’s e-commerce business. This role supports the growth of our e-commerce line of business, directly contributing to revenue generation, which supports our mission of providing jobs and job training to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. The manager will ensure efficient fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, and customer service operations, primarily focusing on online marketplaces such as GoodwillFinds, Shop Goodwill, eBay, and Amazon.
