Intensive Data Management Training Program

Year Up United offers a transformative one-year or less job training program designed for motivated young adults. This intensive program empowers participants through in-person skill development, personalized coaching, and mentorship, alongside direct access to internships and job placement services.

Our innovative approach merges technical and professional training with valuable internship opportunities facilitated by our renowned talent placement firm, YUPRO Placement. Participants may secure internships at esteemed organizations such as Citizens, Amica Mutual Insurance Company, Lifespan, or Fidelity.

Are you eligible?

• A high school graduate or GED recipient
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available for full-time participation Monday through Friday during the program
• Eager to develop both technical and professional skills
• Do not possess a Bachelor’s degree
• Be prepared to answer additional screening questions during application

What will you gain?

During the internship phase, participants receive an educational stipend of $525 per week. Our comprehensive classes cover essential topics such as :
