Bilingual Recruiter

Role Responsibilities :

Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient process

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment insights

Enhance your professional network and recruitment prowess through active participation in hiring events and social media platforms

Craft compelling job advertisements to attract high-caliber candidates

Conduct proactive sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed

Collaborate with talent attraction teams to devise effective visibility strategies

Maintain exceptional service quality and candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Candidate Requirements :

A minimum of 5 years in a Talent Acquisition role with a proven track record in the US market

Experience with SuccessFactors (SAP) recruitment module is essential

Fluency in French, with English as your primary language

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide effective support to managers

Proactive communicator with a keen interest in expanding your recruitment expertise

Passion for understanding people and aligning their skills with organizational needs
