Job Description
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and brings a can-do attitude to the facilities operations team. As a key member of the team, the Sr. Facilities Coordinator partners with stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and a positive experience for all building occupants.
This role is vital to the success of the facilities team, ensuring that customer needs are met and that the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Proactively coordinate office needs to ensure adequate supplies, functioning equipment and clean environment
- Perform workplace programming and requirements gathering (e.g., Adjacency requirements)
- Perform Tactical Occupancy Planning duties (e.g., Space Planning, Block and Stack Plans & Move Plans)
- Lead and present scenario occupancy planning deliverables to relevant stakeholders
- Perform periodic data audits in relevant systems / software for accuracy and validation.
- Manage employee / contractor onboarding activities (seat assignment, new hire kits, nametags)
- Manage employee / contractor offboarding activities (vacant tag, desk decommission, prep for future use)
- Coordinate with executive admins for guest needs from other offices
- Manage assignment of work orders to relevant team members
- Reception coverage
- Assist Facilities tech with conference room setup / moves and other tasks as needed
- Perform other clerical duties as needed
- Assist with site event planning and execution
- Assist with sitewide communications.
Qualifications
Experience : 3+ years as a facilities coordinator or office managerExperience in space planningPunctuality – work hours are 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm Monday through Friday.Possess a positive and flexible attitudeHighly organized and strong attention to detailAble to communicate clearly and comfortably by e-mail, phone, and in personExperience in creating business deliverables within the Microsoft Office Suite : Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, WordAble to maintain the confidentiality of all business mattersAble to work independently while still interacting within an integrated team structureAble to identify creative solutions to difficult issuesAble to demonstrate proactive customer serviceLooks to build connections with employees at all levelsExperience in office management software : specifically, Proxyclick, Eptura / iOffice.Pay Transparency
If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate's pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.
For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
