This position is eligible for up to a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus!
Position Summary : The incumbent shall be responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including therapeutic interventions in a home environment consistent with the position's qualifications.
Education, License & Cert : Be a graduate of an accredited PTA degree program (or foreign equivalent). Current licensure in the state of primary practice is required. Experience : Experience working with an adult and geriatric population is preferred.
