We are looking for a talented Package Designer to join our team in Chatsworth, California. In this role, you will create visually compelling packaging designs that align with brand identity and market trends. This is a long-term contract position and requires working onsite five days a week.

Responsibilities :

• Develop innovative and visually appealing packaging designs for various products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine concepts and execute designs that meet marketing and customer needs.
• Utilize layout design techniques to create impactful visual compositions.
• Incorporate photography and graphic elements to enhance packaging aesthetics.
• Prepare design files for production and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Work with 3D modeling tools to create prototypes and visualize packaging concepts.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and apply insights to design strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Participate in A / B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Contribute to brand awareness by creating packaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Proven experience in packaging design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling tools and their application in packaging design.
• Strong photography skills to incorporate imagery into layouts.
• Familiarity with A / B testing and its role in design optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Understanding of brand awareness and customer service principles.
• Experience designing for industries such as toys, games, or entertainment is a plus.
