Job description$18.54 - $19.54 / hour Select, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times. Work efficiently to maintain daily production targets according to the production matrix or schedule. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Use handheld scanners or similar devices to complete pick / pack operations (preferred). Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals. Support general warehouse functions as assigned. Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks. Adapt to changing demands and maintain consistent performance. Ensure accurate labeling and shipment preparation. MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish Strong attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to work long shifts and remain standing throughout. Experience with scanners and pick / pack operations preferred. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
