The Conversion Analyst is responsible for taking ownership of assigned new account opportunities to ensure exceptional client and partner experiences from initial inquiry through appointment of Schwab as successor custodian and paying agent. This individual will support the needs of the clients that are transitioning new retirement plan business to Schwab while providing seamless and positive experience for independent recordkeeper and advisor clients.

What you'll do :

• Have consultative communications with clients and other support business partners, utilizing various applications to set up retirement plans on the Trust Bank platform.
• Schedule client meetings, assist recordkeeper and investment advisor clients with in-kind asset transfers from prior custodians, collect and review of required new account agreements and fund attachment paperwork, and work with various internal teams to ensure accounts are set up with all necessary products and services.

This position may require overtime during critical production periods. In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
