Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the agency's long-term vision and goals while leading cross-functional teams to create integrated client solutions that meet high standards of creativity and business effectiveness.
  • Maintain key client relationships and drive new business development.
  • Oversee financial management to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, champion diversity and inclusion, and foster a culture of creativity and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is essential.
  • Progressive leadership experience with a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and growing business operations.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies, digital transformation, and brand development.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex budgets and P&Ls.
