A company is looking for an Export Coordinator to support export services for US and APAC co-packer businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Process US export orders and expedite necessary export paperwork
Verify production schedules and track progress of regulatory documentation for customs clearance
Manage order entry and invoicing for APAC co-packer orders and communicate with customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management, or Customer Service in the Food Retail industry
Experience with MS Office365, AS400, JDE, and Product Commercialization Systems preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
Technical skills are a plus
