Sales Representative – Sunrise Comfort Solutions

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team at Sunrise Comfort Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships, promoting our HVAC products and services, and driving new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to identify and close sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development :

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within residential and commercial markets.

Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs and present tailored HVAC solutions.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Customer Service & Communication :

Provide clear and professional explanations of product features, service options, and pricing.

Offer recommendations for system upgrades, maintenance plans, and energy-efficient solutions.

Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the sales process from inquiry to closing.

Documentation & Reporting :

Prepare accurate sales proposals, contracts, and customer records.

Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and results using company CRM tools.

Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics.

Compliance & Professionalism :

Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and safety standards.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous sales experience required, preferably in HVAC, home services, or related industries.

Skills :

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build long-term relationships.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
