Description :

Under general supervision, maintains and repairs Facility equipment and systems at a 24 / 7 facility.

Experience with electrical systems, HVAC, mechanical systems, central plant equipment, specialized exhaust systems, clean dry air, acid & solvent exhaust systems, wastewater systems, and chemical delivery systems.

Responsibilities :

• Provides general and detailed maintenance on facilities systems, such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, gas, and systems.
• Performs routine general rounds and inspections throughout facility.
• Responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Completes documentation of all work performed.
• Mandatory participation in the site emergency response team.
• Respond to after-hour call-ins for emergency responses or repairs.
• Assist in coordinating building projects, facility upgrades, and special events.
• Relocate equipment, items, and furniture as assigned.
• Follow safety regulation and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

Skorpios embraces a Total Compensation philosophy that includes a base salary.

Hourly Range : $30.00 - $60.00 hourly (commensurate with experience)

Paid Time Off : 128 hours PTO + 40 hours California Sick Leave annually
