About the Role :

Arc Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Radiology Technologist for a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity serving our partner tribal communities in Alpine and Campo, California. In this role, you'll capture digital X-ray images, maintain equipment, and support clinical operations alongside our dedicated healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform digital X-rays as requested by providers and transmit images to consulting radiologists.

Maintain accurate logs and records of all radiology services performed.

Oversee quality control and maintenance of radiology equipment and supplies.

Order and track inventory for radiology and clinic back-office supplies.

May be cross-trained onsite for additional clinical support duties, including :

Taking vitals and patient histories

Assisting with procedures and point-of-care testing

Collecting lab specimens (blood / urine)

Administering immunizations and medications

Performing EKGs, vision / audiometry tests, and more

Sterilize medical instruments and maintain autoclave equipment (training provided).

Attend staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education programs as required.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure patient confidentiality.

Flexibility to adapt to clinic needs and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

High School diploma or GED required.

Experience with Digital Radiology required.

Must be 18 years or older.

Previous clinical support or MA experience preferred, but not required.

Licenses & Certifications :

Valid California Radiologic Technologist certification (including Digital Radiology).

Current CPR certification required.

Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Must maintain all licenses and certifications throughout employment.

Must pass a pre-employment TB test, drug screening, and background check.
