Job descriptionDevelop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews Lead team in providing exceptional customer service Create and maintain a food and beverage budget Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management Rotate between the 4 locations on a daily and weekly basis Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events High school diploma / GED Previous restaurant management experience Multi-unit management experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure Excellent management and leadership skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills
