What You'll Need To Succeed
Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Organizational Change Sr Manager must have :
Education : Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Business, IT, Psychology, or a related field.
Technical skills : Proficient in using OCM tools, such as :
Security clearance level : The selected applicant must be able to pass a security investigation for high-risk Public Trust.
Certifications (Strongly Preferred) : One or more certifications in an OCM framework (e.g., ADKAR by Prosci, Kotter's 8-step Process, Lewin's Change Management Model, McKinsey 7-S Framework) and one or more certifications in a Project Management Framework (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
Additional : This is a contingent position, expected to start by March of 2026. Location : Hybrid work arrangements, based in Washington, DC. Expect to be on-site 2-4 days a week. 25% or less travel outside the area may be required.
