Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Contract Marketing Specialist to own and execute our digital marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who lives and breathes social media, understands the unique challenges and opportunities of the cannabis industry, and can drive engagement and sales through compelling content. You will be the voice of our brand across all digital channels, responsible for building our community, launching campaigns, and working directly with influencers to amplify our reach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Content Creation & Storytelling :

Research, write, and publish engaging blog posts on topics like cannabis education, product spotlights, industry news, and wellness.

Develop and manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Manage our SMS marketing platform (experience with SpringBig is a significant plus).

Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with local and niche cannabis influencers.

Ensure ALL marketing content and campaigns strictly adhere to state and local cannabis advertising regulations.
