Contract : 6 months (opportunity for extension)

Hybrid : 3-4 days in office and 1-2 days remote.

What's a typical day as an Operations / Exceptions Associate? You'll be :

Processing exceptions and general ledger entries to consumer accounts

Performing daily tasks and analysis related to reviewing, processing, decisioning, and qualifying Hogan exception items

Handling your individual workload and contributing to the completion of daily work for the department

Communicating effectively and professionally in all interactions, both written and verbal, with staff, management, and customers

Meeting deadlines, service level agreements, and Key Performance Metrics while following all procedures

Making recommendations for enhancements or changes to processes and escalating complex issues to senior staff

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

Prior experience processing exceptions and general ledger entries to consumer accounts preferred

HOGAN system (bank platform) preferred

Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Are focused on the customer and have a drive for results

Have strong business acumen, agility, and excellent prioritization and multitasking skills
