Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Analyze financial data and generate reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency
  • Participate in audits and assist with documentation requests

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong experience in cost accounting, job costing, and evaluating project costs.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • CPA or working toward certification is a bonus
