We are currently seeking a strong Email Marketing Strategist to lead the charge on our DTC retention initiatives. What You Bring to the Table :

• A solid foundation of 3+ years in email marketing, preferably in an eCommerce setting.
• Proven skills in both the tactical and strategic management of large-scale email lists (100,000+ subscribers) using Klaviyo.
• A sharp eye for design and stellar copywriting skills to ensure every email is a brand ambassador. While you won't need to own the design of the emails, you will need the eye and the skill to communicate what you want.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for collaborating with the internal team and meeting with clients.
• A strong command of Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and campaign tracking.
• Exceptional organizational skills, adept at juggling multiple projects while maintaining top-notch productivity and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
