About the role
In this role, you will drive our product-led growth strategy by leading initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption. You'll own execution across the full product lifecycle, from defining requirements to partnering with engineering to ensure seamless delivery. As the foremost expert on our customers' needs and those of the internal teams who support them, you will translate insights into impactful solutions. Success in this role requires building strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing across teams, and leading company-wide initiatives to amplify impact and deliver meaningful results.
Your responsibilities
Leveraging your ability to use structured thinking to break down complex problems, define and drive the growth product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals and KPIs.
Write clear and concise product requirements and develop basic but elegant wireframes that make engineers clamor to work with you.
Lead experimentation and A / B testing to optimize funnel conversion, deliver an excellent customer experience, and minimize operational friction.
Drive stakeholder alignment by (over)communicating and building deep relationships that facilitate trust.

Compensation at Point will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Point has identified the expected annual base salary for this role at this level based on the market by tiers (Region | Location | Market Salary) :
This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews, coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors, to determine final compensation.
