Accounts Payable Specialist - Contract Opportunity

Location : San Antonio, TX

Duration : December 15, 2025 - March 2026

Schedule : Monday-Friday, Onsite, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $22 / hour

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a short-term contract. If you have at least 2 years of AP experience and can handle high-volume invoice processing (100-200 per day) , this role is for you!

What You'll Do :

• Research vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Manage priorities under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Quality check scanned invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform other basic clerical duties related to an accounting department
