Tower Network Manager

We're hiring a full-time Tower Network Manager to work the second shift , oversee field crews, and coordinate with other departments to optimize day-to-day operations and work quality. REQUIREMENTS :

• 2+ years of tower climbing experience
• Ability to climb 1,000 ft. towers and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to complete tower training within 90 days of hire and maintain required certifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Ability to come into the office as needed
• Punctuality and dependability
• Leadership skills
• Excellent writing, documentation, and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to safety, quality, and service reliability
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Legal authorization to work in the US
