What You'll Do : Deliver top-notch patient care using the full nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to manage complex NICU situations. Administer medications and perform safety checks diligently. Educate and empower patients' families on procedures, treatments, and recovery plans. Prioritize patient safety and quality, documenting care accurately and efficiently. What You Bring to the Table : Education : Diploma from an accredited nursing program required. BSN preferred. Licensure & Certifications : Active RN license (Single State or Compact). BLS & NRP required. ACLS & PALS preferred. Experience : Minimum 2 years recent NICU experience in a hospital setting. Skills & Strengths : Fluent in English (spoken & written).
