• Join one of the Northwest's largest community health centers, with over 40 clinics in 18 communities across Washington and Oregon

As an FQHC, we are a patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving our communities

Our team-based approach to patient care means you are part of a care team passionate about working in community health

Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients

(40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)

EMR system is EPIC

$317k annual compensation (Guaranteed first-year annual salary)

Full and comprehensive benefits package including : 30k Hiring bonus,

$20k Relocation allowance,$1,500 monthly housing / auto stipend for one year,
