Production Planner Sr
You will be a member of the Greenville Production Planning organization in support of the F-16 production line. The Production Planning department is responsible for writing and maintaining work instructions, controlling configuration management, and incorporating engineering changes for F-16 production.
The Production Planner Sr will be responsible for the job functions and roles listed below :
- Maintains the planning of various manufacturing processes including fabrication, assembly, and installation relating to a specific build area.
- Incorporates work instruction change requests into master planning.
- Creates work instructions for unscheduled production tasks.
- Provides customer support and works closely with cross-functional groups.

Basic Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year experience combined in the following :ManufacturingEngineeringAviation / aerospace production, maintenance, and / or modificationExperience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentsExperience writing manufacturing work instructions or technical documentsExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Desired Skills :
F-16 experience preferredExperience interfacing with customerExperience performing cross-functional workExperience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with competing prioritiesExperience with manufacturing bills of materials (MBOM) or configuration managementExperience with the following software : CAPP, SFM, SAPExperience working on a Flight LineExperience troubleshooting and maintaining aircraft in a Phase Maintenance environmentEngineering degree / experience preferredSecurity Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
