Job description

Director, Client Solutions And Planning

We're seeking a Director, Client Solutions and Planning to join our team. You will manage a team of media planners and assist the Account Director on a daily basis. You will maintain client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients using account management and your experience establishing media strategies that drive performance.

You must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media) and available media research and systems. You will lead the daily account needs by assuring focus on key client goals, and communicating appropriate resource needs.

In this hybrid (PST) position, you will report to our VP, Client Services.

Responsibilities :

  • You will be a day-to-day partner for our client team, ensuring media strategy and plans are aligned across all channels
  • You will coordinate with multi-channel teams and leads to create strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of channels (CTV, Video, Search, Social, Programmatic, etc.)
  • Evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables
  • Experience analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights
  • Manage a large Media Budget and Flowchart
  • Guide media channel selection and forward think on new opportunities
  • Accurately represent the client's point of view when developing / reviewing work, leverage this perspective when providing feedback to team and presenting to client

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 8 years of total experience in a large agency setting
  • Minimum 8 years of media planning and buying experience in the TV, CTV, Social and digital landscape
  • 8+ years of experience with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, Media Research tools
  • 3+ years of experience leading multiple levels of reports in a large agency setting
  • Experience planning performance-driven campaigns on a national level
  • Prior experience working with multi-location retail clients
  • Experience promoting collaborative relationships with other teams
  • Additional Information :

    The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
