As a Security Officer - Front Desk Patrols in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff at a dynamic location. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will help to deter security-related incidents by remaining attentive and responsive to the needs of those entering and exiting the premises. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
