Coverage Needed :

  • Start Date : ASAP
  • End Date : Ongoing
  • Shift Options :

Ambulatory / Clinic Only : 8A - 4P

  • Full Scope Generalist / Clinic and Call : 7A - 7A

    • Rounding from 7a to 9a, start clinic 9a to 4p then sign out to laborist and be on pager call until 7a

  • Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

    • Clinical Details :

  • Trauma Level : 1
  • Patient Encounters Per Shift : 16-18
  • Call Type : Beeper

    • Call Response Time Required : Immediate

  • EMR : Cerner
  • Support Staff : 1 RN, 1-2 MAs, 2 APPs, 15 Office Staff
  • Rounding Patients : Assigned, Unassigned
  • Admissions required

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certification Minimum : Eligible
  • Licensed in IN or IMLC
  • BLS Certification
  • 7-10 days in the clinic minimum
