Job descriptionSell Verizon Wireless cellular service and related products. Meet all sales objectives and quotas. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale (contracts, warranties, inventory, payments). Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on technology. Provide excellent customer service in person, phone, and written communication. Assist with service inquiries and product demos. Competitive spirit and drive to meet or exceed goals. Understand customer needs and help them choose appropriate solutions. Multiple-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Availability for varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in retail / customer-facing sales preferred 1-3 years. 1-3 years retail / customer-facing / sales experience.
