Senior Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel. Key Responsibilities Independently review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documentation with various parties Manage complex projects on behalf of business groups and participate in product ideation phases Evaluate legal courses of action and assist with compliance activities Required Qualifications Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited law school and a member of at least one state bar 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, including contract drafting and negotiation 5+ years of experience engaging in business development related to contracts 5+ years of experience with data rights / license agreements and intellectual property contracts Demonstrated experience in corporate matters requiring in-depth evaluation and interpretation
