Senior Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (m / f / d) to manage legal risks and support commercial transactions in English and Spanish-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions

Participate in due diligence for M&A and joint ventures, providing post-transaction legal support

Advise on commercial and regulatory matters while collaborating with internal teams and external counsel

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in commercial contracting and negotiations across jurisdictions including Spain, LATAM, the UK, and the US

Strong expertise in general commercial and corporate law, including M&A and governance

Experience in compliance and regulatory monitoring, particularly in data privacy and IT security

Proficient (C2 level) in both English and Spanish, with the ability to negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages

Motivated to build and improve processes, leveraging technology for efficiency
