New Hampshire Center for Comprehensive Dentistry, a multi-specialty dental office, believes that to provide exceptional lifetime care for patients, we must hire and grow our team members who will support the business and clinical needs of the dental office and foster a strong team building culture. As a Front Desk Associate, you will work in an environment that encourages learning, team cohesion, and puts patients first.

The successful candidate will be hard-working, dependable, self-motivated, energetic, friendly, possess a high level of attention to detail and take pride in their work, while bringing a passion for helping our team provide the best patient care to the community!

More about the role :

  • Greeting Patients with a smile.
  • Answering Phones.
  • Checking office mail and email.
  • Checking patients in and out.
  • Confirming patient appointments.
  • Following up on missed appointment, unscheduled treatment plans and recalls.
  • Scheduling patients appointments utilizing Eaglesoft software.
  • Insurance Verification and inputting insurance information into Eaglesoft software.
  • Collecting and posting payments from patients.
  • Discussing balances and account ledgers with patients.
  • Making and discussing treatment plans with patients.
  • Maintaining an organized, clean and orderly front desk and reception area.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, computer skills and a minimum of 2 years dental experience preferred. Knowledge of insurance plans is a plus.
