- Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($490k+), including :
- RVU production bonus based on annual threshold - Quality incentives up to $130,000 annually
- Commencement bonus : $40,000

Position Details
Outpatient Rural Health Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pmProvider schedule : Four 10-hour days per weekAverage of 13-17 patients per dayScribe available for providers averaging 15+ patients daily who intend to continue increasing capacity11 exam rooms1 non-stress testing room with up-to-date equipment2 ultrasound machines for clinic useBehavioral health services on-site for consultation and warm handoff1 : 3 call scheduleDedicated Family Birthing Center with certified lactation consultant servicesFull-time, permanent positionEpic EMR integrated across clinic and hospital settingsCommunity Details Nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains, surrounded by the Eagle Caps, Wallowa, and Elkhorn mountain ranges, this Pacific Northwest community offers :
