We are seeking a well-rounded, high-performing attorney to join our executive team as In-House Counsel / Associate Counsel.

Role Description

This role offers exposure to corporate law, litigation strategy, and Civil RICO matters. You’ll collaborate directly with senior management and outside counsel on a wide range of business and legal issues.

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to the New York Bar (NJ a plus)
• 1–3 years’ experience in corporate, litigation, or related practice
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• Interest or experience in Civil RICO or complex litigation
