The Schedule : We arrive to work early, but we're off by at least 3 : 30pm every day

Title : Busser (Front of House Team Member)

Invitation : To love and serve people by helping maintain our dining room by pre-bussing and bussing tables quickly and efficiently. The busser also aids the other positions in the front of house by cleaning tables and floors throughout the restaurant, stocking glassware, ice, dishes, etc.

Specific Functions and Duties :

• Communicating with the host / hostesses, servers, bartenders, and management team to ensure tables are updated in our seating system.
• Pre-bussing tables in the dining room when all dirty tables are clean.
• Bussing / cleaning tables inside the restaurant as well as on the patio and helping clean the bar top.
• Replace sanitizer in spray bottles and buckets as needed to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Clean, disinfect, and sanitize work areas before, during and after shift.
• Assist with stocking glassware, water bottles, plate ware, silverware, dishes, etc. as needed.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
• Complete daily restaurant maintenance program.

Qualification Standards :

Physical

There are physical demands that come with this role. To be successful in this role you’ll be regularly required to 1) navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests, 2) move and grasp items up to five pounds, 3) occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, 4) bend and stoop. You must have adequate vision to be able to discern cleanliness throughout the restaurant and operate a touchscreen.
