Job Description

Location : New Albany, MS

Pay : $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

Schedule : Full-Time | Day Shift

Position Summary

TKO StaffPros is now hiring Production Team Members for an automotive manufacturing facility in New Albany, MS. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Team members are responsible for assembling automotive parts, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble automotive components according to standardized work instructions (SWI), blueprints, and production requirements.

Position and align parts accurately, securing them with bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners.

Operate or assist with machines used for cutting, molding, or fastening during the assembly process.

Rotate through various production stations as needed to meet daily and weekly production goals.

Inspect products for quality, separating or reporting any defective parts or materials.

Support preventive maintenance and assist with basic equipment care as directed by supervision.

Participate in safety meetings, 5S organization, and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area, including end-of-shift cleanup.

Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and supervisor instructions.

Qualifications

Education & Experience :

High School Diploma or GED required.

1–3 months of related manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Skills :

Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and production procedures.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow verbal and written directions.

Working Conditions

Manufacturing / production environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and manual assembly work.
