Mt. Tabor Builders has been a premier custom home builder in the 4-state area for over 24 years. We’re currently seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team and help bring dream homes to life with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and estimate budget costs using plans and specifications
- Assess cost-effectiveness and track actual costs throughout project
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for accurate costs
- Resolve cost discrepancies through research and data collection
- Write and present budgets, reports, and project plans
- Develop competitive bids for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals
- Navigate and apply building codes effectively
- Process paperwork and travel to job sites as needed
- Monitor construction processes and ensure compliance
- Stay current with safety codes and construction innovations
