Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits programs and manage leaves of absence
Process HR transactions in the HRIS and maintain compliance with regulations
Collaborate with internal HR teams and support cross-departmental projects
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
2-4 years in benefits administration preferred
Minimum 1 year supporting HR-related functions required
Minimum 1 year experience with HRIS systems required
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
