JOB SUMMARY

As the spearhead and a pivotal figure in our coffee house, the Barista / Shift Supervisor embodies our core values of Purpose, Kindness, Hunger, Initiative, and Guardianship . This role is central to creating a high-quality, efficient, and positive environment, ensuring the coffee house thrives while assisting the general manager in their responsibilities and vice versa.
