• Job Summary :

Our New Client Specialists / Customer Service Representatives are the first line of contact for new potential clients who are struggling with financial hardship and are seeking assistance with applying / approval for social security disability benefits. Attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, reliable and high energy individual. You will be working with a team to complete initial consult and navigating the internal systems to provide clients with quality customer service. No cold calling! This is a great opportunity for an undergraduate looking to gain valuable experience in the legal field.

• Job Responsibilities :
• Conduct potential client intakes.
• Answering incoming calls
• Make outbound calls on new lead emails.
• Answering questions of current clients – directing calls to correct staff member or taking message for proper further processing.
• Assist attorney’s in and out of the office with tasks as directed.
• Prepare the client as well as the attorney for what to expect during the initial intake.
• Update and maintain client database with relevant client information / documents.
• Assist clients in understanding the legal process of bankruptcy / social security disability.
• Refer other legal matters to other counsel.
• Escalate matters to appropriate personnel including supervisors and attorneys.

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Microsoft suite proficiency
• Knowledge of legal software is a plus

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (Depends on experience)
