The Financial Analyst serves as a strategic partner to leadership at the College of Dental Medicine, generating executive-level financial reports and cross-departmental analysis to inform institutional decision-making. They report to the Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration and assists various departments within the college. This role manages all legal contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals, and acts as the college lead for OurDay financial systems, advising on security and reporting impacts. In collaboration with senior leadership the analyst implements annual salary changes and resolves discrepancies. Responsibilities also include conducting retention analysis, supporting college-wide reporting initiatives, and preparing monthly personnel reports for the Dean. The position bridges operational activities and financial strategy, requiring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to support data-driven planning and compliance across the college.

Minimum Requirements : A bachelor's degree with accounting courses and five years professional experience in a related area such as accounting, auditing, banking or finance.
