Key Responsibilities :
Support sales with clinical and technical demos of software products
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to refine clinical workflows
Lead customer training on software solutions and monitor success metrics
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
3+ years' experience in implementing and supporting enterprise solutions
5+ years' experience in customer success management or a client-facing role
Board-certified genetic counselor preferred
1+ years' experience in project management preferred
