Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chattanooga, TN for a RN, Clinical Nurse Manager - Daily Operations at BEH Surgery. The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, ensure quality patient care, and work to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, optimizing resource utilization, and mentoring nursing staff to achieve the best outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills in nursing, patient care, and surgical operations management
• Leadership experience, staff scheduling, and team coordination
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chattanooga, TN
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or compact state
• Experience in a clinical manager or supervisory role, preferably in surgery
• Ability to mentor and lead healthcare teams effectively
