What you'll do

Lead a winning team on your shift

  • Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude
  • Provide clear direction and step in to assist
  • Coach team members in real-time
  • Address guest concerns with empathy

    • Drive operational excellence

  • Train and guide your team
  • Ensure proper execution of inventory
  • Oversee key store processes
  • Lead shift change communication

    • Model communication & accountability

  • Effectively relay important updates
  • Monitor task completion
  • Support a team culture rooted in accountability
  • Proactively step in during busy times

    • What we're looking for

  • 23 years of work experience
  • 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Comfort in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to follow through on tasks
  • Strong communication and team building skills

    • Must haves for this role

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits
