  • Work Dates Needed : ASAP-3 / 29 / 2025 with option to extend
  • Schedule : Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday from 8a-7p (60). Must cover at least 1-2 weekend per month, Saturday / Sunday from 8a-2p
  • Worksite Setting : Acute Care- Outpatient- Employee Health Clinic
  • Scope of Work : Onsite Employee Health Clinic
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active NV licensure, NV CDS, BLS, DEA. Must be able to see all ages and must be able to splint and suture and minor procedures
  • EMR : EPIC
