Responsibilities

• Developing and executing recruitment strategies : Collaborate within a team to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Sourcing candidates : Proactively sourcing the best candidates using various channels, including databases, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screening and interviewing candidates : Evaluate candidates\' qualifications through phone screens, in-depth interviews, and skills assessments.
• Building relationships with candidates : Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiating offers : Negotiate employment offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends.
