Project Coordinator
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Akron, OH office! This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Read and review construction drawings to complete item take offs, build BOM / SOW
- Submit permits to varying jurisdictions
- Track permit approvals and rejection comments
- Coordinate follow ups with jurisdictions on gating items for permit approvals
- Update multiple tracking systems and review for accuracy
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience coordinating projects for national / corporate clientsBachelors degree preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Proficient in Adobe ProfessionalStrong proofing, formatting and editing skillsPositive, client-oriented, take-charge attitudeHighly organized and detail-orientedCapable of managing and balancing multiple tasks / priorities and performing well under deadline pressureAbility to work well with various types of people and in a team environmentAbility to travel on a limited basisWhy Kimley-Horn?
