• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, 40 hour schedule
• 30 points weekly productivity expectation
• Home health experience required, HCHB experience preferred
• Coverage for patients with developmental, mental, and organic involvement
• Documentation due within 24 hours
• No weekend rotation or on-call required
• 65% travel time
