Our hospitality and sales team work with guests in all areas of the restaurant, including the dining room, at the kiosks and with digital orders and are the key players in the drive thru. With a full-service sales mindset, we bring a fun, fast and flavorful approach to getting our guests the best tasting Burgerville experience possible.

What’s in it for you?

We offer a base salary between $15.05 to $18.20 (depending on experience) + tips. While we can’t guarantee an hourly tip rate, our average rate for 2024 was $3.80 per hour company wide.
