As a hospice medical social worker, you will be responsible for psychosocial evaluations, and ongoing counse of patients and families during their end-of-life journey. A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
Education : MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education
Experience : 2+ years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
