The Opportunity

Animal Emergency Clinic (AEC) is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Emergency Veterinarian to join our expanding team. Our hospital is friendly, collaborative, and committed to providing high-quality emergency care with compassion and respect—for our patients, their families, and each other.

We currently operate overnight on weekdays (6pm–8am) and 24 hours on weekends, with a goal of becoming a 24 / 7 emergency hospital. We’re hiring for shifts across all 7 days, with a flexible schedule tailored to your lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive ProSal compensation model :

• Base salary : $220,000-$250,000 annually depending on experience
• Production : 24% of earnings
• Signing bonus : tailored packages available
• Relocation reimbursement available
• Continuing Education : $3,000 annually
